Raw Butternut Squash Salad

Ingredients
Butternut Squash
Seeds, dried fruits, or nuts
Lemon Juice
Vinegar
Olive Oil
Seasoning to Taste

Instructions
1. Peel the butternut squash to remove the skin
2. Using a potato peeler create long strips
3. Mix in a bowl with vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, seasoning, and nuts/seeds of your choice
4. Let sit overnight for best results
