Chickpea Smash

Recipe of the Week

Ingredients
Cooked chickpeas
Mayo or substitue
Green Onion
Celery
Carrot
Salt & Pepper

Instructions
1. Using a fork mash your chickpeas
2. Add mayo until coated
3. Add chopped green onion, celery, and carrot
4. Season to taste
5. Serve in lettuce wraps or on bread!
