Greek (Inspired) Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Orzo Pasta
Bell Peppers, diced
Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Red Onion, diced
Cucumber, diced
Feta Crumbles
Olive Oil
Seasoning to Taste

Instructions
1. Cook the orzo to the boxes instructions
2. Dice up all ingredients
3. Combine veggies and pasta in a large bowl
4. Drizzle olive oil and add seasoning to taste
5. Mix well. For best results, prepare 1-2 hours in advance and let sit in the fridge!
