Simple Swiss Chard
Swiss Chard is a severely under-rated veggie. A nutritional powerhouse it can be eaten raw, sautéd, stir-fried, and more!
Ingredients
1 bunch of swiss chard
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 can of chickpeas
Olive Oil
Seasoning to taste
Instructions
1. In a hot pan add olive oil and chopped onions
2. Once onions are clear in color, add garlic and chopped swiss chard
3. Sauté for 5 minutes and then pour over can of diced tomatoes and chickpeas
4. Add seasoning to taste, cover, and let simmer until tender
5. Enjoy!
